Six week No Equipment Program
This is a functional training program designed to help you in loose weight without the need for any additional equipment such as dumbbells etc. The program is a 6-week program with complete full body workouts using just your bodyweight.
Each week you workout for 5 days and repeat the same workout for the next week as well. Workouts change every 2 weeks and by the end of the 6th week you will definitively observe the results of your hard work.
